I'm so glad I found this place! Excellent value, I'd highly recommend this place to every budget traveler. Clean, super friendly staff, dog friendly, great for kids, the food was plentiful, amazing views of the lake and of the mountains, an old olive grove right on the property, lots of parking. An easy drive to other towns with more attractions.

We had a family all inclusive week here and had the following experience.
Positive:
- The view to Garda lake is beautiful!
- friendly staff,
- kids care
Negative:
- pools having cold water so barely any guests used it - would be nice if it would be heated by a few more Celsius,
- food at lunch and dinner was a disappointment for Italy as many places make fantastic food in this country,
- rooms having paper walls,
- dinners starting late (maybe common in Italy but small kids are really tired at that time),
- Wifi barely working
- cleaning of rooms done on a very superficial way.
